II. RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
As with any shopping experience, certain conditions apply to all transactions made at LOCA.PH. The main thing to remember is that by placing an order or making a purchase at our website, you agree to the terms outlined below, along with our company’s privacy policy.
Return and Refund. If you think you got the wrong size, no worries! You can easily request an exchange on our Instagram page @locacraywear and we will happily take care of it at minimal cost. However, if you want to return a product and get a refund, you can do so within 7 days of receiving the item from our store. Please make sure the product is still in its original condition and packaging when returned. Otherwise, we may have to decline your request.
Canceled order. At LOCA, we're all about making sure you get the best product and shopping experience. We inspect every item meticulously, check for any issues, and package with great care. Ultimately, we want our products to make you happy!
Unfortunately, we may run into situations where certain products are unavailable or experience some issues with our inventory and quality checks. In such cases, we may have to cancel your order. However, we will make every effort to notify you in advance. If you have already paid online, we'll make sure to refund you as soon as our team confirms and processes your request.
Sale Items. Any item bought on sale is not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
III. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
At LOCA, we conduct thorough quality checks before processing any ordered item. We carefully package our products to make sure they remain undamaged during transit. However, we are not responsible for any unforeseen damages incurred during transit and transportation.
IV. PROCESSING TIME
Returns will be processed as soon as we have received the items back, and refunds will only be issued if the returned products meet the guidelines mentioned above. Once your refund has been issued, please note that it may take a couple of days or weeks to process, depending on the payment method used or the processing bank.
V. SHIPPING
For return shipping costs, we kindly ask our customers to cover all fees even if the item originally qualified for free shipping. And since the order has already been shipped to the customer, shipping rates applied at checkout will not be refunded.
